Things To Do & Attractions

Located half way between Cow Bay and Cape Tribulation, Noah’s location allows easy access to the wider Cape Tribulation area and all it has to offer in the way of things to see and do.

If you are looking for easier alternatives to hiking and trail walking, there are plenty of other things to do on the Reserve and in and around the area. Go fishing or bird watching along Noah’s or Cooper’s Creek, or take a night walk; much of the fauna being visible during the night. The national parks also offer a number of free informative boardwalks.

Or just have a lazy day on the beach. You don’t have many places where the rainforest meets the reef and the beaches are virtually empty. The local beaches within a short walk (or 5-10 minute drive) are South Noah’s and Thornton beach. Both are beautiful, with white sand and shady spots to lay and relax. Noah’s on most days is completely deserted and Thornton with a local Café allows you to grab a meal or morning coffee after a walk on the beach.

Thornton’s Beach is just 5 minutes down the road and Cape Tribulation and shops are 15 minutes north.

We are always happy to provide you with our suggestions around things to do and local attractions. Tour Bookings can be arranged via “comments” upon booking or via the Reserve Manager’s reception office while staying on the Reserve.
